Dr. Ehrlich was born in
Wisconsin and finished his undergraduate studies at the
University of Wisconsin receiving a BS in Medical
Technology in 1978. Subsequently, he moved to Wyoming
and worked for four years before attending medical
school at Creighton University from 1982-1986,
graduating from Creighton magna cum laude in 1986. In
1987, he then completed a rotating internship at
Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Washington. Upon
completion of his internship, Dr. Ehrlich moved to the
University of Utah in Salt Lake City to complete an
anesthesia residency, finishing in 1990. During the last
year of his residency, he spent 6 months studying both
acute and chronic pain management. Dr. Ehrlich served as
the Medical Director of Big Sky Surgery Center from
1999-2006 and has been with Missoula Anesthesiology,
P.C., since its inception in 1997. |

Dr. Fleming completed his
undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin
Eau Claire and continued on to medical school at the
University of Wisconsin Madison. He finished his
internship and anesthesia residency at the University of
Iowa in 1985. He worked for six years in Great Falls,
Montana, before moving to Missoula in 1992. He has been
with Missoula Anesthesiology, P.C., since its inception
